Buckingham Palace - Virginia Giuffre has praised a court ruling enabling her civil sex case against the Duke of York to proceed to trial. The judge on Wednesday dismissed a motion by the duke’s lawyers to have the lawsuit thrown out after they argued Giuffre had waived her right to pursue the royal by signing a confidential settlement with disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
